The Biblical account of Balaam (Numbers 22) should teach us several things: listen to God and accept whatever answer He gives us, speak only what God permits us to speak (“speak where the Bible speaks, and be silent where it is silent”), God expects true repentance, and that God can use mankind to achieve whatever His purposes are (even if unwittingly). Let’s learn from Balaam’s poor example and see how we can be more pleasing to God.
